my latest makeup obsession

I've been playing with lip colours for the past few months... red, pink, coral, orange, you name it.
Now i've moved on to coloured eyeliners.
It gives the eye a pop of vibrancy that can excite any boring makeup look.

so i slipped on a pair of strappy heels and off i go. :)

Those close to me will know 9/10 times they see me,
i'll have my hair up in a bun.
I'm so lazy when it comes to letting my hair down and styling it because since i have very thin hair,
it'll only take minutes before my hair return to it's flat state.
So when I heard about this NuMe set of curling/straightening wands,
I was beyond desperate to give it a try.
It was magical. Not only does my curls sticks around a lot longer, but my hair feels as soft as ever!!
I still love my bun... but maybe I'll start letting my hair down more. :)

Nostalgic.

The weather of the past few days in hong kong is nauseating.
It's gray and gloomy with not a single glimpse of the sun.
And due to my reminiscing of the sun and beach,
i've decided to do a post on beach essentials.
With the little of summer left for most countries (the summer heat in hong kong usually doesn't show signs of departure till mid-october!),
we should all pretty much live outdoor as a way to pay some respect for the glorious summer that's about to end.

I was never really the girly-girl type of dresser.
So when the 2014 Autumn/Winter shows came out in February with a whole bunch of androgynous looks,
I was beyond thrilled.
Of all the items (blazers, shirts, vests, etc.)
there was one thing that I've always been intimidated to try out- the trousers.
But this year, I'm feeling adventurous.

W.DRESSROOM

During my trip to seoul,
I picked up a few of these 'Dress & Living Perfume Mist' by the brand W.DRESSROOM.
It's a Korea based online store which sells clothing with a 'Living' section focusing on home fragrance.
I picked up the full size (150ml) of Fig Leaf and Mediterranean Breeze, along with a travel size (70ml) of the latter.
All i have to say is... now my room smells AMAZING.

Whether it's for actually protecting your eyes from UV, or simple for those lazy no make-up days, i find that it's one of those items that should be in every purse... in fact, there should be at least two. Picked up this baby today!
There's been so many people raving about this lately,
that I've succumbed to the purchase.
Not only does it boast to diminish
acne scars, dark spots, stretch marks and wrinkles;
but it's also suppose to help cure dry skin with its 72 hours hydrating effect.
Basically, it's suppose to be a magical liquid that can possibly drive dermatologists around the world into extinction.
With the main ingredient being horse fat (yes, actual horse fat!),
I'll disregard the gross fact to give it a go and try it out.
